Killashee Hotel Celebrates Long Service Awards
Killashee Hotel recently (Tuesday 25th June 2024) hosted its Long Service Awards, which recognise staff members for their dedication of long-standing service. This is a formal ceremony to acknowledge and award staff members who have served 5, 10, 15 and 20 years of service with a certificate and gift.
Killashee Hotel now employees 343 people representing 22 different nationalities who work across the hotel, spa, leisure centre and estate. Over the past two years, since FBD Hotels & Resorts acquired the hotel, the number has grown by over 100 additional people.
In total the hotel celebrated 465 years of experience of significant milestone and work anniversaries The highest length of service is 23 years of service Margaret McConville who works in the banqueting department while Orla McCabe Director of Sales & Marketing, celebrated 22 years. A total of 43 employees were celebrating five and more years of service with Killashee.
